A: We can provide free samples, but the freight is supposed to be paid by customers.
2. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer.
3. How to place order or pay?
A: You can place order to us directly. We offer you PI with bank information and sales contract, you pay and we ship the goods.
4. Do you have any certifications?
A: We have FDA. CE. ISO13485 and other certifications.
5. Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
A: Yes, we can provide OEM service according to your requirements.
6. What is your best delivery time?
A: It depends on your order quantity. We will confirm to you after you place order.
7. I'm a distributor / small wholesaler, could you accept small order?
A: Yes, we could.
8. What kind of packing for product?
A: Most of products are packed with standard export carton.
9. How to transport the product?
A: We transport the product as your requirement. Depending on the quantity and whether they're urgent or not. If you order in batch and they're not very urgent, it's best to ship by sea. If you order small quantity and they're are not too heavy, you can choose to ship by air. For small products, courier is used commonly.
